பிரபல இயக்குனர் பாலாஜி மோகன் மற்றும் அவரது மனைவி தன்யா பாலகிருஷ்ணா குறித்து அவதூறு கருத்துக்களை வெளியிட நடிகை கல்பிகா கணேஷ் என்பவருக்கு தடை விதித்து சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
காதலில் சொதப்புவது எப்படி, மாரி, மாரி 2, மண்டேலா உள்ளிட்ட படங்களை இயக்கிய பிரபல இயக்குனர் பாலாஜி மோகனும், ஏழாம் அறிவு, ராஜாராணி உள்ளிட்ட படங்களில் நடித்துள்ள தன்யா பாலகிருஷ்ணாவும் கடந்த ஜனவரி 23ம் தேதி திருமணம் செய்து கொண்டனர்.
இந்நிலையில், வெப் சீரீஸ்களில் நடிக்கும் தெலுங்கானாவைச் சேர்ந்த நடிகை கல்பிகா கணேஷ் என்பவர், தங்கள் திருமணம் மற்றும் தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை குறித்து யூ டியூபில் அவதூறு பரப்பும் வகையில் வீடியோக்களை வெளியிட்டுள்ளதாகவும், அதை சமூக வலைதளங்களில் பகிர்ந்துள்ளதாகவும் கூறி, பாலாஜி மோகன் மற்றும் தன்யா பாலகிருஷ்ணா சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்திருந்தனர்.
அந்த மனுவில், தங்களின் தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை குறித்து அவதூறு கருத்துகளை தெரிவிக்க கல்பிகா கணேஷுக்கு தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் எனக் கேட்டுக் கொண்டனர்.
இந்த மனுவை விசாரித்த நீதிபதி செந்தில்குமார் ராமமூர்த்தி, பாலாஜி மோகன் மற்றும் தன்யா பாலகிருஷ்ணா குறித்து அவதூறு கருத்துக்களை தெரிவிக்க தடை விதித்து உத்தரவிட்டார்.
மேலும், மனுவுக்கு ஜனவரி 20ம் தேதிக்குள் பதிலளிக்கும்படி கல்பிகா கணேஷுக்கு உத்தரவிட்ட நீதிபதி, விசாரணையை ஜனவரி 20ம் தேதிக்கு தள்ளிவைத்தார்.
நயன்தாரா நடிப்பில் வெளியாகியுள்ள கனெக்ட் திரைப்படத்தை சட்டவிரோதமாக இணையதளங்களில் வெளியிடுவதற்கு சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றம் தடைவிதித்து உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
இயக்குனர் விக்னேஷ் சிவனின் தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனமான ரௌடி பிக்சர்ஸ் தயாரிப்பில் கனெக்ட் என்கிற திரைப்படத்தை நயன்தாரா, சத்யராஜ், அனுபம் கெர், வினய் உள்ளிட்டோர் நடிப்பில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள படத்தை, அஸ்வின் சரவணன் இயக்கியுள்ளார்.
இந்தப் படத்தை 2634 இணையதளங்களில் சட்டவிரோதமாக வெளியிடுவதை தடுக்கக் கோரி விக்னேஷ் சிவனின் ரௌடி பிக்சர்ஸ் நிறுவனம் சென்னை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடரப்பட்டுள்ளது.
2634 இணையதளங்களில் வெளியிடுவதை தடுக்க, 29 இணையதள் சேவை நிறுவனங்களுக்கு உத்தரவிட வேண்டுமென கோரிக்கை வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த வழக்கு நீதிபதி சி.சரவணன் முன்பு இன்று விசாரணைக்கு வந்தபோது, பட நிறுவனம் தரப்பில் வழக்கறிஞர் விஜயன் சுப்ரமணியன் ஆஜராகி, “நேற்று திரைக்கு வந்த இந்த திரைப்படத்தை திருட்டுத்தனமாக இணையதளங்களில் வெளியிட்டால் பெருத்த நஷ்டம் ஏற்படும் என்றும், திரைத்துறையினரின் வாழ்க்கை பாதிக்கப்படும் என்பதால் சட்டவிரோத வெளியிட தடை விதிக்க வேண்டும் என்று வாதிட்டார்.
இதை ஏற்ற நீதிபதி, கனெக்ட் படத்தை சட்டவிரோதமாக இணையதளங்களில் வெளியிடுவதை தடை விதித்து உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளார்.

In a suit seeking damages and permanent injunctive relief in relation to alleged defamation, the plaintiff presents this application for an interim injunction to restrain the defendant from disseminating defamatory material on any media.
- Learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that the first plaintiff is a well-known director, as evidenced by the list of movies directed by him, and the second plaintiff is a well-known actor, as evidenced by the list of movies and web series’ in which she has acted. Áfter drawing reference to a post by the defendant in which a defamatory statement is made against the first plaintiff (page 7 of the additional typed set of papers), learned counsel submits that the defendant proceeded to upload three videos and that the said videos contain defamatory statements with regard to both the plaintiffs.
