R. C. 254 of 2021 dismissing the petition and holding that there are sufficient grounds for proceeding against the accused. The Petitioner/A1 is facing several charges mainly under P. C. Act. During relevant period he was Minister. According to prosecution monetary loss caused to Government is to the tune of Rs. 28,37,65,600/-.

Now I am here not to comment or discuss about the order, but about State Public Prosecutor Mr. Jinnah who fought tooth and nail for dismissal of Revision Petition, which is explicit by reading para 7 to 10 of the order in which his contentions are narrated.
This shows how far he is conscious, fair and attached to his role as Public Prosecutor, since Petioner/A1 is the present Minister also.
