State, Rep. by State Tax Officer, a matter of fraud against the Government in payment of GST amounting to about Rs.8.6 Cr engaging in bill trading and fraudulent transactions by petitioner/accused. the Anticipatory Bail petition sought for was dismissed by Dr. Justice G. Jayachandran dated 13.07.2022 and permitted the Commercial Tax Department to proceed further.
