![[6/23, 16:43] Gauthm Ps raman Son: Hello sir, Mr. Raghu Raman senior counsel appeared for me in a PIL filed by Mr.Minoo Erach Avari regarding noise pollution in Kodaikanal. The division bench of Mr Justice T.S. Sivagnan and Justice Ananthi had directed the authorities to constitute a team to remove cone speakers in all establishments and religious institutions after putting all the users on notice and if they fail to comply then the authorities are directed to go to the concerned establishment and remove the same. The case is posted after 6 weeks for the Respondents to file their report.
