  [3/10, 18:28] Durai Arun: The Hon’ble IInd Metropolitan magistrate Court directed the Dravidar Viduthalai Kazhagam District Secretary Umpathy (Petitioner) to file a private complaint against Actor Rajinikanth. The operative portion of the order as follows. 499 r/w 500 IPC alone appears to be made out , the said offences are non- cognizable and maintainable as private complaint. Therefore the petitioner permitted with liberty to file Private complaint for defamation, damages ,compensation. No grounds are arising out for concluding offences U/S 153 (A) and 505 of IPC.
