Senior Advocate S.Silambanan on behalf of the Petitioner His Lordship Hon’ble Mr. Justice Anand Venkatesh was pleased to direct the Government Advocate to ask the Government to reimburse the agreed amount if not done and to file a counter as to how the reduced per child expenditure was arrived at and adjourned the case to 13/01/2020.
