By falsely declaring his community status as “Kuruchchan” community classified as a Scheduled Tribe in the nomination form dated 14.12.2019, the 3rd respondent got elected as President of Ayyanarpalli Panchayat, which is exclusively reserved for Scheduled Tribe.
