[6/25, 16:30] Sekarreporter 1: [6/25, 15:20] Senior Advt S Prabagaran: The Honble High court was pleased to hear the public interest litigation to frame guidelines for online classes, since it creates tremor among the growing childrens by misguiding them to indulge in several banned pop-ups like porn sites etc. Earlier the Honble high court asked the central government to frame preventive guidelines in the interest of children’s and noted that the public interest litigation is of greater public importance. The central goveenment sought some more time to report to the court about framing of guidelines and preventive measures in the interest of childrens. Senior counsel Mr. S. Prabakaran submitted that children’s life will be at stake if no measures are taken, the union of India being the custodian and to safeguard the interests of public at large viz. Children’s and the concerns of the parents, the high court has fixed 6th July granting time to central government being an interest of the public at large and further directed the union of India to file a report as to what measure they have taken in order prevent the sites being misused and law to be enacted etc. Now the matter will be listed for filing of the measure report on 6th July.
