Villupuram case —AAG Aravind Pandian & State Government Pleader V.Jayaprakash Narayanan appeared for DGP & Govt of Tamilandu. The counsel who appeared for writ petitioner submitted that he was contacted by father of the deceased girl today morning and he had informed him that the investigation is going on proper line, further the Government had already paid compensation of Rupees five lakhs to the his family, hence writ petitioner expressed her satisfaction over the sincere steps taken by state Government. Recording, his submissions, their Lordships dismissed the Writ petition.
