31-3-21 Mahaveer Shivaji MHC advocate, PART III FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS CONTINUES: There are several parameters are there to control or acting as limitations on the government like fundamental rights , state sovreign, parliament itself controls the government by it’s own privileges and immunities, CAG,ECI, office of President of India, ofcourse, the constitution and the judiciary. these are factors/ elements of pressure mounting on the government to make it as more responsible and accountable to it’s sovreign people and people’s house but these are misconceived and turned and fusioned as mere prime minister government and all independent elements lost its checks and balances. the past governments’ betrayed the constitution and people of India under guise of parliament made law is overiding the constitution law.and it looseing it’s special legal sanctity than any other law………………. The Election Commission must come forward to abolish the allotment of symbols to political parties it is not relavent in present day.The Election Commission completely failed to strengthen the democratic principles and it turned merely a agent of political parties and FIVE YEARS DHAMASHA ……….
