The investors have also filed one more application seeking a direction to two advocates, who have been appointed as overseer/observers, to take the assistance of an independent auditor to verify the genuineness of the list of creditors, submitted by Mr. Menon, and find out whether the amounts due to them were actually related to Dhruva Natchathiram or not.
