In the result, these Writ Appeals are dismissed, with a direction to the Management to implement the order of the learned Single Judge within three months from today. For dragging the employee from one Court to another endlessly with tiresome litigation, the Apex Court has imposed costs of Rs.5,00,000/~ in the case of The Secretary to Government and another vs. P.G.Venugopal [Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.15917 of 2022) decided on 19.09.2022. Though this is also a fit case to impose costs, we refrain from doing so with a hope that the State will act as a model employer. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
