will sit single at 4.30 P.M. on 19.02.2020 in the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court at Madurai
and take up the cases through Video Conferencing as listed.
II. HON’BLE MR.JUSTICE P.VELMURUGAN
will sit single after Division Bench sitting on 19.02.2020 and take up the cases as listed.
III. Urgent Applications for setting aside of arbitral awards under Sec.34 of the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and/or Sections 30 and 33 of the Arbitration Act, 1940
including cases relating to Commercial Division in the above classification (All Stages) Company
Petitions and Company Appeals (All Stages) also will be listed before HON’BLE

will sit single at 2.15 P.M. on 19.02.2020 in His Lordship’s Chambers and deliver Orders in the
cases as listed, wherein Orders were reserved during His Lordship’s sitting in the Madurai
Bench of Madras High Court at Madurai.

will sit single after Division Bench sitting on 19.02.2020 and take up the cases as listed.
VI. HON’BLE MS.JUSTICE P.T.ASHA
is not sitting in Court on 19.02.2020.
