While declining to stay the scheme they have held that a Prima facie case made out by shareholders. They have injuncted respondents from doing any further prejudicial act against shareholders. They have also directed DBS to file an undertaking affidavit to compensate shareholders if writ is allowed. A separate account to be maintained for that purpose. Request of RBI and DBS to keep order in suspension for two weeks declined.
