Local body elections recounting batch cases before Hon’ble Mr. Justice Audikesavalu : Today about 40 cases came up before the Madras High Court complaining that the Retuning Officers have not recounted votes in some wards where a request for recounting has been made despite Rule 66 of the panchayat election rules mandating recount.
