On the advice of Hon’ble Law Minister C V Shanmugam, the State Public Prosecutor Mr.A.Natarajan had initaited for filing an appeal against acquittal

**SALON OWNER DAUGHTER CASE :* Today 13.10.2020, State filed an Appeal against the acquittal order of the accused.Kirubanandam S/o.Thangaraj before the Hon’ble High court of Madras, Madurai Bench and their lordship Hon’ble Justice Kalyanasundaram and Hon’ble Justice Krishanavalli had admitted and ordered notice to the accused.Kirubanandam. As per the prosecution case the said accused Kirubanandam was charged for an offence of rape and murder of a minor girl. The trial was conducted before the Fast Track Mahila Judge, Dindugal in which the accused Kirubanandam was acquitted by the judgement dated 29.9.2020.
