Item 20 before justice subbiah bench Vijayan subramanian counsel for Respondent 1 director A.L vijay and Respondent 2 producer vishnu vardhan induri. Vijayan subramanian submitted that the film jaya a biopic of jayalalitha. Single judge dismissed the application filed by deepa jayakumar. Further shooting got stopped in march due to covid 19 and as per recent TN govt order film shooting was also not permitted. Considering the situation, it was submitted that no urgency in the case.
