[4/6, 11:04] Sekarreporter 1: [4/6, 11:03] Rubt Three: The Chief Legal Officer of a company came running to me that Bailiff has come to attach properties and asked me how I missed to appear. He was in full anger with me. I told him that I was following but your Company case has not been listed. Then I went to the registry and found my name has been printed in the list wrongly as Robert F.Bernad instead of Rupert J.Barnabas. I told the company I will set aside minutes everything and no need to worry for it. The matter came before Late M Srinivasan and argued I am not at fault and had my name been printed correctly I would have appeared before you Lordship and therefore its case for setting as side the entire proceedings. Late Biksheshwaran was the Plaintiff’s Counsel and he seriously opposed my case. His point was that every Advocate must search by case number. I anticipated that Late Bikshewaran will take such a stand. Hence I was ready to counter him and produced some old judgments of 1930-40 of some High Court that Advocates go by their name but not by the case number. Late Srinivasan the judge agreed with my stand and judgments and rejected Plaintiff’s Counsel and set aside the entire proceedings. I saved the company
