The lawyers appearing on behalf of the MHPF Depisitors welfare Association stated that Devanathan has not complied with any of the conditions that were previously imposed in the earlier interim bail . In every bail petition he prays for Committee to be appointed for realisation of Assets and disbursements of its proceeds which is not feasible.

Inspite of bail petitions getting rejected no circumstances have changed even now, and that the lower court has directed the investigation to continue.
