Prayer:- Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent
to frame a suitable action plan to ensure that the movement of goods into
Tamil Nadu does not result in an increase of COVID-19 infections by putting in
place adequate safety and preventive measures and ensuring implementation
of the same.

ORDER
(Made by DR.VINEET KOTHARI, J.)
The Court was held by Video Conference, as per the Resolution of the
Full Court dated 30th April 2020, by Judges at the respective residence offices
and the counsel, staff of the Court appearing from their respective residences.
The learned Additional Advocate General prayed for some more time
to produce the relevant report of the State with regard to the grievances
raised in the present writ petition about the proper testing and protocols being
put in place for entry of the persons or goods, vehicles etc. within the State or
exiting from the State by following the available modes of transport viz., road,
rail etc. He submits that three days time may be granted to produce that
report.

Time is granted till 18 May 2020. The report may be placed on record
with advance copy served on the other side, including the learned counsel
