Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner’s representation given on 22.04.2025 relating to the fraudulent Legal Heir Certificate obtained by the respondents 3, 4 and 5 and cancel the same.

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 22.04.2025 wherein the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the fraudulent legal heirship certificate obtained by respondents 3 to 5.
2. Heard Mr.P.Subba Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and
Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents produced the written instructions received from the second respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the representation given by the petitioner has already been acted upon and an enquiry was also conducted on 21.08.2025. The Tahsildar has sought for some time to complete the enquiry and to take a decision.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case
and considering the materials placed before this Court and also the fact that the second respondent is already in the process of conducting enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry and to take a decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
