[08/12, 08:22] Sekarreporter: “Justices G Jayachandran and K K Ramakrishnan observed that the petitioner’s belief has no scientific basis. In such circumstances, the prayer cannot be entertained. If, in the future, there is any material to show that the king was buried in a particular place, then the govt could take a policy decision to construct a memorial. It is for the govt to take the appropriate policy decision, and a judicial order cannot be passed in this matter, the judges observed and disposed of the petition.”
