It is informed that he entered into the Court premises in an inebriated mode and prevented them from discharging their duty. It further informed that the said Advocate had verbally abused and physical assaulted the Court staffs, caused distress to the women employees and threatened them with dire consequences. Thereby, he obstructed the court work, which affected the dignity and decorum of the Hon’ble Court. In connection to the said act of the Advocate, cases have also been registered against him in Crime No. 134/2025 u/s. 296(b), 132 & 351(2) of BNS and Crime No. 136/2025, u/s. 296(b), 132 & 351 (2) of BNS on the file of Tirupathur Town Police Station.
