ORDER
The Petitioner is directed to rectify the defects/mistakes in this Election
Petition, within a period of one week from today.
2.Upon such rectification, Registry is directed to issue notice to the respondents returnable in three weeks. Private notice is also permitted.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 1st respondent has suppressed the fact that she was a Director and shareholder in the following companies,

ii. Modern & Creative Constructor and Distributor Private
Limited iii. LMS Builders and Engineers Private Limited
iv. Martin Housing Private Limited
v. Martin Landscape Private Limited
vi. Hall Marc Hospitality Private Limited

apart from other grounds.
