Petitioner was removed from service as head constable in the year 2007 for alleged desertion from service. Petitioner was suffering from penury and old age working as a watchman his three daughters all working as manual workers and only son an insane person and wife also died due to sickness. Lordship relying upon an earlier judgment and based on DGP’s circular quashed the removal and directed to give all benefits. He would himself plead with government pleaders to file counter and to consider compassionately such deserving cases. In two more such matters he passed such orders in my cases. Really very saddened to hear this. I pray to God to rest this noble soul in peace. Lordship Sathyanarayan Prasad and Lordship Audikesavulu’s continued sickness reminds us how fragile life is.
