ORDER
This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction
to the 7th Respondent CBI to register the petitioner’s complaint dt. 28.01.2026 and to initiate legal action against respondents 9, 10 and 11 and all other persons involved in the Na Mo App Special Micro -donation on-line scandal, launched and being operated by the 9th respondent
Bharathiya Janata Party and to submit ‘action taken report’ before this Court
2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor(CBI) appearing for the seventh respondent submitted that on scrutiny, it was found that the complaint does not fall under the purview of CBI and therefore, the said complaint was closed on 17.02.2026.
3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
