Today 30.03.2022 – Anticipatory Bail petition of Daughter and Son-in-law of Former ADMK Minister Jayakumar came for argument before the Hon,Ble Justice Jagadish Chandira in Court hall:43 as item 29. Mr.A.Natarajan Senior advocate (Former State PP) appeared. This is the case registered by CCB police against the former ADMK minister Mr.Jayakumar and his daughter, son-in-law. Mr.A.Natarajan argued that Civil dispute between family members were given criminal colour. Complainant Mr.Magesh Kumar, in this case is none other than the own elder brother of Mr.Naveen Kumar (son-in-law of Mr.D.Jayakumar). Mr.A.Natarajan also submitted that Already Mr.Jayakumar was granted bail by this hon’ble court for the very same matter with detail observation. After hearing the arguements Hon’ble Justice Jagadish Chandira had granted anticipatory bail for both daughter and son-in-law of Mr.Jayakumar (former minister).
