A Division Bench of this Court, while hearing W.A.Nos.181 to 183 of 2009 had instituted suo motu writ proceedings, regarding an alleged incident happened inside Court Hall on 17.02.2009. The suo motu writ petition was numbered and periodically listed for hearing.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing by this Larger
Bench pursuant to the direction of Hon’ble Chief Justice, Mr.Vijay
Narayan, learned Advocate General would submit that security system in High Court campus has been stepped up and on account of efflux of time, it is unnecessary to proceed further.
