The Madras High Court refused to lift the interim stay on the civil suit Ramadoss filed against Anbumani over PMK’s name, symbol and flag. Justice T.V. Tamilselvi said any order now would affect the election process, so all interim pleas stay paused and the civil court should hear the cases only after May 10, once elections are over.
