In the light of the above discussions, this Court finds that the prosecution has proved the case beyond reasonable doubts and there is no ground to interfere with the judgment passed by the trial Court. Accordingly, the criminal appeal stands dismissed and the conviction and sentence imposed by the Fast Track Mahalir Court (Mahalir Neethimandram), Ramanathapuram in SC No.20 of 2021 are hereby confirmed.
