In the result, the award dated 09.10.2005/10.10.2005 is set aside. O.P.No.80 of 2006 stands allowed. In view of the order passed in O.P.No.80 of 2006, O.P.No.862 of 2007 stands closed. If the parties so desire, they are permitted to go before the same Arbitral Tribunal.
