முன்னாள் அதிமுக அமைச்சர் ஜெயக்குமார், அவரது மகள் மற்றும் மருமகன் மீது மத்திய குற்ற பிரிவினரால் தொடரப்பட்ட நில அபகரிப்பு வழக்கை சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் ரத்து செய்து உத்தரவிட்டது. அதனை எதிர்த்து தமிழ்நாடு அரசால் உச்ச நீதிமன்றத்தில் மேல்முறையீடு செய்யப்பட்டது அதனை இன்று 14.02.2023 விசாரித்த உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் வழக்கை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு ஜெயக்குமார் மற்றும் அவரது மகள் மற்றும் மருமகனை நான்கு வாரத்திற்குள் பதில் அளிக்கும்படி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

THE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICEN.SATHISHKUMAR   W.P.No.2758 of 2023   The Federal Bank Ltd. For Petitioner            : Mr.A.V.Radhakrishnan For Respondent No.1 : Mr.YogeshKannadasan,       Special Govt. Pleader In view of the foregoing reasons, the respondent cannot refuse to register the Sale Certificate as sought for by the petitioner. Consequently, the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.538/2022 dated 17.10.2022 is quashed. The first respondent is directed to register the Sale certificate within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order. With the above directions, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
