Today Hon’ble SupremeCourt permitted TN Govt to do Counselling for 50% of seats for Inservice candidate in super speciality course. Hon’ble Mr Justice BR Gavai and Hon’ble Mr Justice Vikram Nath passed order today in the clarification petition filed by TN govt and in the SLP filed by inservice candidates against Madras HC judgement dated 18.11.2022. Mr P. Wilson appeared for inservice candidates. With in 15 days the counselling has to be conducted and completed for inservice candidates by TN Government
