Hon’ble Supreme Court recalls its order relegating Pujya Swamiji’s Writ Petition and tagged matters (including Tiruchendur Sri Subramaniaswamy Temple Matter to be argued by Senior Counsel Shri @jsaideepak ) to Madras High Court! Swamiji’s Case WP 476 of 2012 challenged various provisions of the TN HR&CE Act, 1959, the AP Charitable Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972 The cases will now be heard by Hon’ble Supreme Court on 24th July 2026 – including the cases filed by Dr @Swamy39 and His Holiness the Jeeyar Swami of Sri Ahobilam Mutt!
