  Today Mr.J.Ravindran moved a writ petition in W.P No.7289 of 2020 before their Lordships justice N.Kirubakaran and Justice Hemalatha not to evict persons in government land at umayalparanancheri village sriperumbudur taluk. Lordships while granting interim stay in the said matter was also pleased to pass a general direction to the chief secretary of Tamil Nadu to issue directions to all the authorities concerned all over the state not to evict any person from any encroachment due to the outbreak of epidemic, Corona virus.   Therefore, the petitioner herein has not established that he has no “sufficient means” to raise funds to pay the Court fee. Thus, the present petition fails and consequently, stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pay the Court fee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and represent the appeal before the Registry.
