A background of him.

On Feb 2022 the supreme court collegium recommended him to central government for madras high court judge. But it was rejected with IB citing the following reason.
The Intelligence Bureau has reported that he had shared an article published in ‘The Quint’ which was critical of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”

Another FB post made by him regarding the suicide of medical aspirant Anitha in 2017 portrayed it as a ‘political betrayal’ and a ‘shame on India’.”
But supreme court chief justice bench rejected the government findings stating ”The sharing of an article or expressing grief over the death of a student does not impinge upon the suitability, character, or integrity of the candidate.”
Now the same person who is against the central government with an agenda has been appointed by TN government.

Now this minority government I mean government for minority turns no table unturned to have their people placed in every corner of the administration and judiciary..
