(Order of the Court was made by M.S.Ramesh, J.)
In continuation of our earlier order dated 19.11.2025, the learned Advocate General reports that the membership details have been arranged in an alphabetical order and uploaded in the official website (kalaimagalsabha.in). Insofar as the valuation of the properties in Coimbatore District is concerned, a list of all the 122 free encumbrance properties have been valuated. Similarly, a draft notification for the e-auction has also been submitted for 6 sample properties in Coimbatore District.
2. The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the mapping of the contiguous properties is also in progress and is likely to be completed very shorty.
3. The learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) has submitted the valuation report of the sole property without encumbrance.
4. Hence, we are of the view that the e-auction notification can be finalised in the next hearing date.
5.Call the matter on 03.12.2025.
