This is not actual definition of state as per political science. our Constitution simply indicated indirectly or in general parlence views the state.BUT ONE THING IS CLEAR THE STATE NOT INCLUDE THE JUDICIARY. It indicates only Executive and Legislature. all other authorities under the control of UOI have already gone due to privatisation. In near future the state may stands only on parliament and state legislature and it’s ministerial department. and for the government nothing will available to privatisation or disinvestment. Thereafter the government again will start the policy of nationalisation. Therefore our government will revolve between nationalisation or privatisation once in 4 decades.or between socialism and capitalism.Other features of state like sovereign power, it’s people etc., stands with separate ambit to control the government and judiciary is other controlling element of government. presently our dual heads system of government become unbalanced or affected with horizontal distribution of power and also vertical distribution of power………… TAIL END NEWS IN CURRENT SCENARIO….. Nowadays the judiciary is unfortunately fell into government instead stood as STATE………… Thanks and Follows . [3/30, 06:34] Sekarreporter1: ☘️
