There should not be any Charge Sheet till the High Court Decides the Quash Petition filed by the DMK MP Mr.S.Jagathrakshakan- Madras High Court ordered.
The DMK MP Mr.S.Jagathrakshakan has filed Quash Petitions before the High Court of Madras to quash the FIRs filed by one Q.Dawson on the allegation of forgery of share certificates in the year 1965 relating to the properties owned by M/s.Chrome Leather Company Limited at Chrompet, Chennai. Earlier, the Madras High Court has granted interim protection to Mr.S.Jagathrakshakan from arrest. Today, the matter is listed before the Madras High Court for arguments. The State Public Prosecutor has sought for time and it has been represented by the Counsel of Mr.S.Jagathrakshakan that the Police is attempting to file a Charge Sheet. After hearing the submissions, the Madras High Court has directed the CBCID not to do anything till the cases will be decided by the High Court and fixed the next date of hearing as 05-01-2021.
