Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 09.06.2026.
2. The Special Team that we had directed constitution of, has had no success in securing the detenu.
3. We are given to understand by Mr.Raghavachari, learned Senior Counsel, who intervenes on behalf of several individuals, says that the detenu has absconded with money belonging to more than 200 people.
4. On our urging, Mr.Malarvannan states that a full-fledged team is being constituted now headed by Mr.Christin Jeyasil, Assistant Commissioner, Ashok
Nagar Range and Mr.K.Srinivasan, Inspector of Police, MGR Nagar Police
Station, to trace the detenu.
5. List on 14.07.2026 production of detenu.
