Ramadoss has filed a writ petition in the #MadrasHighCourt urging it to quash a communication sent by the Election Commission of India to his son Anbumani Ramadoss’ address in Chennai instead of sending it to his Chennai address. The communication had conveyed ECI’s decision to allot the ‘Mango’ symbol to the party in the 2026 Legislative Assembly elections in Tamil Nadu & Puducherry. The party founder has sought a direction to ECI to send the communication to him and accused his son of having submitted forged documents before the commission. The writ petition has been listed for hearing before Chief Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava and Justice G. Arul Murugan on Monday (February 2, 2026). @THChennai
