(xii) Other civil cases (rent, easementary rights, injunction suits, specific performance suits etc.)

The Learned Advocates are requested to kindly extend their co-operation to conduct the aforesaid National Lok Adalat successfully.

In this connection, it is informed that the Litigant Public/Counsel on record, desirous of settling their above said category of cases in the said National Lok Adalat to be held on 13.09.2025 (Saturday), may furnish the case particulars to the Deputy Registrar (Lok Adalat), High Court, Madras on or before 10.09.2025 (Wednesday).

The parties desirous of settling their above said category of cases are also required to be present, in person, before the National Lok Adalat on the said date i.e., 13.09.2025, (Saturday) at 10.30 a.m. along with the original Aadhar Card and two passport size photos.

National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on 13.09.2025 (Saturday) by the High Court Legal Services Committee, Madras, in respect of the category of cases already notified vide Notification No. 180/2025 dated 11.07.2025.

In this connection, pre-negotiation sitting is arranged on 03.09.2025 at 10.30 A.M. in I Floor, ADR Building, High Court Campus, Chennai in respect of the cases as per the cause list being published.

The Parties and Advocates, in the respective cases as per the cause list, are requested to make use of the above said pre-negotiation sitting in arriving at an amicable settlement in their cases.

The Advocates are requested to inform their clients to be present along with them on the day of pre-negotiation, for settlement talks.
