1. This contempt case has been registered on the basis of the judgment dated 14.05.2026 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in CRL.REV.P. 134/2026, titled as “Central Bureau of Investigation Vs. Kuldeep Singh and Ors”.
2. In the judgment, the learned Single Judge has placed reliance upon certain material in form of social media posts and other electronic and publication records. The Registry is directed to preserve copies of the same and place them before this Court in the present petition.
