ORDER
The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would
submit that the charge against the petitioner is that he has gone on leave without approval, whereas, it is not so. It is only a minor misconduct and he has been transferred to a far of place.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file a
counter affidavit. However, he would submit that in the interregnum, it has been decided to accommodate the petitioner as Associate Professor of Paediatrics in Government Medical College and Hospital, Tiruvallur.
3. The respondents are directed to effect the re-transfer.
4. Post the matter after two weeks. There shall be an order of interim
stay till then.
