  sekarreporter1: In today’s hearing of Ashwini Kumar Upadhyay V Union of India also known as the religious conversion matter, Senior Advocate Mr. P Wilson representing the state of Tamil Nadu argued that the writ petition was politically motivated as petitioner is a BJP spokes person. Petitioner is facing sedition charges has suppressed filing of earlier cases for same prayer which was dismissed as withdrawn. He also submitted that TN state has to be heard as the partitioner has made serious charges against Tamilnadu Government about religious conversions at least at 3 different places in affidavit.
