“Justice Vivek Kumar Singh observed that the court is of the view that the order suffers from a violation of the principles of natural justice. Hence, the judge set aside the order and remitted the matter back to the authorities for fresh consideration. The judge directed the petitioner to file their reply along with the relevant documents within a week. The authorities shall consider the petitioner’s reply and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with the law after affording an opportunity for a personal hearing, within three weeks thereafter, the judge directed and disposed of the petition.”
