This is the case of a compensation and a compassionate appointment were awarded to the Petitioner/victim girl in the Writ Petition, due to the attack of the temple elephant. THE HONOURABLE MR. No. 16258 of 2020. 47.In result, this Writ Petition is allowed by issuing the following directions:- a) Respondents No.1, 3 and 4 are directed to pay a sum of Rs.25 Lakhs as compensation to the Petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
