The transfer of Writ petitioner Mr Natarajan working as Chief Engineer at the office of Commissioner of Municipal Administration to the post of Chief engineer Chennai Corporation to accommodate one Mr Pugalenthi who in turn was transferred from Chennai Corporation to post of Mr Natarajan, was quashed by Hon’ble Mr Justice V Partheeban .
