petitioner has a tiled roof house and naturally falling of coconuts would break the tiles and thereby causing more damages resulting in loss, I would direct the 4th respondent, Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Kuthalam Taluk, to take immediate steps to cut the coconut tree lying in the premises of the 5th respondent and, also advice the petitioner to plant a guava tree. It would also provide shade and hopefully it will grow without causing obstruction. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. கோயில்களின் மீதான அறநிலைய துறை செலுத்தும் அதிகாரத்தினை எதிர்த்து, திரு.சுப்ரமணிய சுவாமி தொடந்த வழக்கு இன்று உச்ச நீதி மன்றத்தில் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. இவ்வழக்கை விசாரித்த உச்சநீதி மன்றம் தமிழக அரசுக்கு நோட்டீஸ் வழங்கிட ஆணை பிறப்பித்தது. மேலும் அனைத்து ஜாதியினரும் அர்ச்சகர் ஆகலாம் என்ற தமிழக அரசின் முடிவிற்கு எதிரான இந்த வழக்கில் தமிழக அரசுக்கு நோட்டீஸ் வழங்கிடவும் ஆணை பிறப்பித்தது.
