[17/07, 13:13] sekarreporter1: Justice Mohammed Shaffiq of #MadrasHighCourt says a TVK woman lawyer M. Gnanasoundari appears to have made TVK president C. Joseph Vijay and general secretary Bussy N. Anand as respondents to a case only to hit the headlines. He records her counsel’s submission that he would give up those respondents and orders that they shall stand omitted from the case. The judge also disposes of her plea after recording Advocate General Vijay Narayan’s submission that her name would also be considered when tenure based appointment of law officers are made for Villupuram district.
